I am a distinguished civil servant with over three decades of experience in public administration, having served in key leadership roles across the Education, Health, Information Technology, and Welfare departments of the governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. My career has been dedicated to improving governance, implementing innovative solutions, and enhancing the performance of large public systems for the benefit of society.

I strongly believe in transformational leadership, innovation, and people-centered governance. Throughout my journey, I have focused on solving complex challenges, driving administrative reforms, and creating meaningful impact for large sections of the population.

Beyond administration, I am also a mentor, motivational speaker, and guide, having trained and inspired many aspirants for IAS, IPS, and Group-I services. My mission has always been to lead with integrity, bring positive change in governance, and empower future leaders of public service.
